NEMA-Rated Polycase Electronic Enclosures Now Available with Internal Hardware Mounting Panels

Avon, Ohio, April 15, 2013- Polycase now has internal mounting panels available for the ML Series NEMA 4X plastic enclosures. The 0.06 inch thick aluminum panels assemble directly to mounting bosses inside the base of the ML enclosures (panel mounting screws are included).

With extensive experience in CNC machining, Polycase can apply cutouts, including threaded holes, to the ML Series panels and enclosures. 

The UL 508A Listed ML Series of waterproof plastic enclosures for electronics  are designed for outdoor applications. Molded in light gray UV-stabilized polycarbonate, the waterproof enclosures offer a clear distortion-free polycarbonate cover option.  The cover has a standard recessed smooth finish that makes it ideal for graphic overlays or membrane keypads. Additional features include molded on surface-mounting flanges, plastic mounting bosses, and brass inserts for cover on/off convenience.

 A form-fitting silicone gasket makes the ML Series ideal for use in a wide range of environmental conditions, protecting internal electronic components from dust, dirt and water.  The ML series has a flame rating of UL94V-0 and is conducive to temperature ranges of -40°C to 120°C.
