POLYCASE® EXPANDS LINE OF NEMA DIECAST ALUMINUM ENCLOSURES

10 new sizes offer welded-on flange to support surface-mounted electronic applications.

May 29th – Avon OH - Polycase, a US manufacturer of electronic enclosures, has expanded their popular AN Series of waterproof diecast aluminum enclosures to include 10 sizes that offer a welded-on flange for surface-mounted applications. The 10 new sizes complement the existing AN Series enclosures that were not available with a flange.

Designed for outdoor use, the AN Series is UL listed and meets NEMA 4X, 6, 6P, 12, and 13 ratings along with IP67 and IP68 requirements. The diecast aluminum enclosures are lightweight yet rugged and provide a natural EMI/ RFI barrier. Available finishes included natural aluminum or powder-coated in black.

  The ADC-12 alloy diecast aluminum is easily machined for cutouts, vents, and holes. With extensive experience in CNC machining, Polycase can modify the enclosures before shipping with a turnaround in as little as one week.
